Your tasks

• You work in a varied, international, and demanding client environment.
• You support the team in all areas of consulting and auditing on topics of comprehensive corporate responsibility.
• You use your previous experience in a constantly changing and therefore exciting area of work in the field of sustainability and climate change.
• You evolve with the requirements of clients and their expectations with the aim of creating added value from our consultancy work.
• You use and deepen your professional, technical and project-oriented knowledge within the framework of client mandates and internal projects.
• You work in an interdisciplinary team which is living the „sustainability spirit“ and have access to development opportunities in various directions.
• You shape your long-term career goals and develop professionally and personally through on and off-the-job training. For this, you will be coached by experienced managers.

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in engineering, natural sciences or economics, preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
• You have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of sustainability and ideally you have already gained experience in consulting.
• You have a direct connection to sustainability and climate change issues, supported by strategic but also technical expertise (e.g. ecology or social aspects).
• You have very good analytical skills, a strong quantitative understanding of numbers and recognise complex interrelationships.
• You are a team player and at the same time interested in independently driving forward tasks and responsibilities.
• You have already gained international experience with different cultural environments.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German and/ or French is advantageous.
• You are motivated to continuously develop yourself and have the flexibility and mobility required in the consulting environment to round off your profile.
