Global Marketing Manager for New Marketing Initiatives team, Personal Workspace Solutions Business Group, Sustainability Communication

In this role, you will join the Marketing team driving cross-category initiatives and campaigns, with a focus on sustainability communication, in our Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) Business Group. In this new role as a Global Marketing Manager in the New Marketing Initiatives team of PWS, you will be contributing to the strategies, campaigns and creative assets that will tell PWS’s sustainability stories in an engaging manner through digital and social media channels. Your marketing expertise will allow us to engage with our consumers and B2B customers and partners in new and meaningful ways to differentiate Logitech, induce emotional attachment to the brand and enable people to take sustainability into account when making purchase decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and functions. Your role will be based in Lausanne, Switzerland reporting to the Head of PWS New Marketing Initiatives, also based in Switzerland. Your role will be global, with occasional travel.

  • Develop and implement strong product and category level sustainability communication for PWS. Contribute to building holistic marketing strategies, campaigns, and marketing toolkits – across B2C and B2B target audiences. Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop creative assets and programs.
  • Be the champion of sustainability messaging at the product level and work closely with the community of PWS brand managers to educate and influence. Develop and maintain messaging playbooks and provide expertise, advice, and training to PWS marketing teams.
  • Partner with the Business Units, web team, etail team to roll-out the implementation of our product-level communication on various touchpoints
  • Optimize the discoverability of our products based on sustainability criteria across logitech.com, retail and etail channels.
  • Manage relationships with regional teams and local markets in order to help drive commitment and investment behind in-market activation of globally developed content and campaigns.
  • Partner closely with PWS Sustainability team, the Sustain Marketing task force, PWS brand managers, the Global Marketing Communications team, Global Commercial Organization, and other business groups within Logitech
  • Analyze and evaluate marketing and media performance to monitor results and drive a strong test and learn approach, constantly looking for ways to improve

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience in consumer marketing roles for a major global brand with a strong innovation culture, including product marketing & campaign management.
  • A passion for and relevant experience defining sustainability communications strategy.
  • Comfort with data and strong analytical rigor.
  • High attention to details and hands on. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a “can do” attitude who is comfortable defining a new role in a dynamic organization.
  • Comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment – across functions and geographies – with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Proven ability to influence others.
  • Deep understanding of digital media and the evolving strategies to engage consumers.
  • Consumer-centric. Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Proven experience of working with agencies (briefing, creative direction, feedback, budget management).
  • Highly efficient and collaborative, able to work quickly and deliver top-quality content and assets.
  • Experience with B2B marketing to IT decision makers a plus
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
